User Accounts

- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- •You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
- •One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
Credits and Payments
- •Credits are required to generate business ideas and are non-refundable once used.
- •Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
- •All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- •Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
- •You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- •You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI models or algorithms.
- •You may not use automated systems to access our service without permission.
- •Generated content is for your personal or business use; reselling AI outputs is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
- •The service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by SmartMango.
- •Business ideas generated are provided as suggestions; we do not claim ownership of your implementation.
- •You retain rights to any business you build based on our suggestions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- •The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- •We do not guarantee the success of any business idea generated.
- •Market conditions, competition, and execution vary; results depend on your efforts.
- •AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
- •SmartMango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
- •Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.
Changes to Terms
- •We may update these terms from time to time.
- •Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
